H-Shape Screw Conveyor
Recovery System
The H-shaped screw conveyor blast room recovery system is an advanced solution developed to improve efficiency in industrial abrasive blasting operations. It is designed to streamline the collection and recovery of abrasive media within enclosed blast room environments.
This system features a uniquely engineered conveyor mechanism shaped like the letter “H.” It consists of two parallel screw conveyors connected by crossbars, forming the characteristic H configuration that allows effective media collection across a wider blasting area.
During blasting operations, abrasive media and debris fall onto the H-shaped screw conveyor. The rotating screws transport the material along the conveyor path toward the recovery and recycling system for further processing.
A major advantage of the H-shaped screw conveyor system is its ability to efficiently separate reusable abrasive media from dust and debris. This reduces abrasive wastage, minimizes manual cleaning, and enhances overall productivity and operational efficiency.
