In a pressure blast cabinet, the workpiece is positioned on a movable work cart inside a fully enclosed blasting chamber. The sealed design allows safe operation while handling high-energy abrasive blasting processes.
Abrasive media such as aluminum oxide, glass beads, or steel grit is propelled through a blast nozzle using compressed air supplied from a pressure vessel. This creates a high-impact blasting action, delivering much higher cleaning velocity and energy compared to suction-fed systems. As a result, tough contaminants are removed faster and more efficiently.
The system is designed for fast and uniform surface treatment with continuous abrasive media recycling. An abrasive separator and storage hopper recover and reuse the media, while an integrated dust collector with filter system captures fine particles to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key features include high blasting power, adjustable pressure control for different surface finish requirements, and heavy-duty construction built to withstand continuous abrasive impact. Pneumatic controls enable quick and efficient operation, and effective dust management supports long production cycles.
Because of its sealed enclosure, the pressure blast cabinet can use aggressive abrasive media without environmental contamination. This makes it ideal for rust removal, paint stripping, descaling, deburring, surface preparation for coatings, and heavy-duty industrial cleaning and finishing of larger or heavier components.
